TRAINING FOR EMPLOYEES IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE HIGH JUDICIAL COUNCIL AND NEWLY ELECTED JUDGES-MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL
In order to continue with the capacity building for the High Judicial Council (HJC) Administrative Office (AO) Staff and the HJC judges-members, the Project organised the training on leadership skills, on 10 June. The goal of this programme is to develop the skills of managers and those who are have started with preparations for that role in their career path.
This training was envisaged by the Project activity so called ‘Mini HR Academy’ and it encompasses capacity building of the AO staff in accordance with the Plan of Professional Development of AO employees for the period 2021-2022.
The training was attended by 23 participants, including newly elected judges-members of the HJC and employees of the AO HJC. The participants evaluated the training with the highest marks. The curiosity of this training is a fact that after almost 15 months it was the first one held in the resumed face-to-face format of the workshop.
The trainings will continue in the period September-December 2021 and will include further improvement of soft skills.
