At the workshop held in Vršac, on 16-17 May 2019 with judges – members of the Council and representatives of the Council's Office, after a detailed description of the volume and contents of the Project, as well as the planned activities, adopted a document titled Beneficiary Involvement Review, which is a detailed elaboration on the Project's baseline plan and defines: goals, priorities, purpose and outputs, expected time line for the activities' implementation, as well as a detailed overview of obligations of both the Project and the beneficiary – the High Judicial Council, concerning the planned activities.
By agreeing to the document, the parties got committed to a clearly defined cooperation, which implies consistent compliance with the envisaged obligations. Also, the Council thereby agreed that the activities could be initiated and organized by the Project without impediments and without individual consent of the respective Council members to each individual activity.
It was agreed that such meetings should be held periodically in order to provide insight into the implementation of the Project activities and timely continuation of planning.
