PREPARED DRAFT MID-TERM STRATEGY FOR HUMAN RESOURCES IN THE JUDICIARY
The Proposal of the Draft Mid-term Strategy for Human Resources in the Judiciary (the Strategy) and accompanying Action Plan has been developed by the Project team which provided an expert support to the Working Group for Drafting Mid-term Strategy for Human Resources in the Judiciary. This is a significant step towards the implementation of activities 1.3.4.2. from the Action Plan for Chapter 23, as well as the activities envisaged by the measure from Part V.3. of the Judicial Development Strategy for the period of 2020-2025. The draft version of these documents have been submitted to the Ministry of Justice for reconciliation.
Mid-term Strategy and the accompanying Action Plan have been prepared, and completely harmonized with the check list provided for by the Law on Planning System. The Strategy incorporates all segments of the judiciary, including the holders of judicial offices and employees in the judiciary.
The Human Recourse Strategy with supporting documents will improve the human resources potential in judiciary, effectively align human resources with the strategic context of judiciary and strengthen the contribution of the HR function, improving both organizational culture and business performance.
