The Project organised a workshop in Novi Sad for all the Council Office employees with the aim of improving of internal communication. The workshop was guided from an HR expert on the Project attended by the members of the Project, who first gave information about the Project status.

It is interesting to note how invaluable it was for the employees to spend some time together in a new environment, and how much it meant to all of them to reminisce on the stages in the development of the Office, since its foundation.

The employees made their own collages and illustrations of the development of the Office between 2009 and 2019 and presented the most important data on this. The joint impression was that it was precisely this form of work, expert support and the overall atmosphere that contributed to employees getting closer to one another and better communication, as they were given time to better understand who is doing what, which problems they encounter, as well as how they imagine the future of the Office and the Council.
